| Welcome to the home page of the Fire Service Women of New Jersey, Inc. (FSWNJ) Mission Statement Fire Service Women of New Jersey, Inc., is an organization that was established in January 1996, and is dedicated to providing information, education, networking and fellowship among the women who are active in any aspect of the fire Service in the State of New Jersey, to promote and facilitate both the participation in, and the success of women, and the Fire Service in general. Organizational Charter This Organization draws upon the strengths of all its members, who serve the public and the State of New Jersey in all aspects of fire and emergency medical services, including, but not limited to, suppression, prevention, inspection, education, training, communication, administration, and management. This Organization supports its membership, as well as the New Jersey Division of Fire Safety, by conducting regular state and regional meetings. These meetings provide a form for information sharing, concerning gathering, and action planning. An annual retreat, coordinated by the Organization, further supports the membership by offering education and training that is specific to the needs and the concerns of women in the Fire Service. This Website provided by the Organization completes the communications package that serves to keep members and the public throughout the State in touch and aware of activities and accomplishments of the Fire Service women of New Jersey, Inc. Fire Service Women of New Jersey, Inc., is a non-discriminatory organization
